Tiboleen 2.5mg Tablet contains tibolone, a synthetic steroid used in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to help relieve menopausal symptoms in women who have been postmenopausal for at least 12 months. It works by producing estrogenic, progestogenic, and androgenic effects in the body. Some women may experience breakthrough bleeding or spotting, breast tenderness, headache, dizziness, or mood changes, particularly during the first few months of treatment while the body adjusts.
